Categories include: Marketing, Utilities (Gas, Electricity), Agency Labour, Consultancy Services and all HR Services (Recruitment, Training, Company Cars, Private Health Insurance).

Strategic responsibility and accountability for the purchasing, strategic vision, quality assurance and delivery of the Corrugated, Aluminium Foil, Labels, Paper Sacks and Metal Packaging Categories to all three Divisions and thirty five Northern Foods plc Manufacturing Sites.

Strategic responsibility and accountability for procurement of Corrugated and Secondary Packaging Portfolio for seven Manufacturing Sites. Additionally Snack Food Business Unit Buying responsibility for Seasonal Packaging (Easter and Christmas confectionery range). Portfolio includes brands such as; MARS®, SNICKERS®, M&Ms®, SKITTLES®, DOLMIO®, WHISKAS®, PEDIGREE®

Responsibility and accountability for the procurement of one third (volume) of the Packaging Portfolio to the three MasterFoods Australia PETCARE Manufacturing Sites. The Portfolio includes; Thermoformed Trays, Rigid Plastics, Shrink & Stretch, Consumables and Printed Flexible Packaging.

Responsible for the development, specification and technical support of packaging for brands at the Dry Pet food Manufacturing Site in Bathurst. Portfolio included WHISKAS®, KITEKAT®, DINE®, PEDIGREE® PAL®, PEDIGREE MEATY-BITES®, MY DOG®, SCHMACKOS® and EXELPET®.
