I guide local high school students and their families through the college application process, helping them build strong applications and essays to showcase their potential. I offer guidance on writing and editing application essays, creating balanced lists of target, reach, and safety schools, and navigating the Common App and other application platforms. I also assist with identifying outside and university scholarships, and work closely with students to highlight their extracurricular activities and community involvement, ensuring their strengths shine in such a competitive process. Additionally, I help 8th graders with scholarship essays and private high school applications. In the summer of 2024, I assisted 10+ students with the college application process, essays, and scholarships, and many of them are receiving their letters of acceptance to their desired institution this fall.

As a Student Library Assistant at the Art History Library, I am responsible for providing essential support in various library operations, including cataloging, shelving, and maintaining the organization of art history books and archives. My role involves assisting patrons with research inquiries, locating resources, and offering guidance on library services and facilities. Additionally, I contribute to the upkeep of the library environment by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness, provide attentive customer service, and aid both staff and students alike in their pursuit of art history materials.

My role involves supervising and actively engaging campers in a variety of exciting activities, creating a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. I lead dynamic sports and games sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship across a range of outdoor activities. My previous experience working with children as a nanny for 4+ years has equipped me with the skills needed to create a fun and enriching camp experience for all.

Hostess and server at local Irish pub, Porter Cullens, throughout high school and currently on school breaks. Also assists with social media promotion of events, live music, specials, and venue updates, crafting a revamped online presence after an ownership change in spring 2023. Worked on menu design, floor plan arrangements, and customer service.

Worked directly with Mayor Kelly Burke of the Village of Evergreen Park, as well as other Village employees at Village Hall to learn about the government system of the town, various departments of the Village, and craft a social media and website presence for promotion of events, activities, programs, and vital information.
