We integrate with service desk solutions, PC lifecycle management, enterprise mobility management, cloud applications, as well as identity solutions and more.Within RES I manage and support the product development of the new future proof RES ONE Workspace composer, As a Program & Release manager I am responsible for the quality and timely releases for this fantastic RES Solution. Last, but definitely not least, I am the people manager of a distributed team of developers and testers (located in both the Netherlands and Romania).

As part of a highly international team of Program Managers, I manage a variety of projects simultaneously. Varying from customer facing projects to long-term programs of work focused on specific business requirements. This includes coordinating several parties such as internal and external software suppliers and engineers, sales, marketing, operations, legal affairs, financial institutions and ecommerce merchants.

In this assignment I operated as the project manager for ‘One Stop Shop’. The objective of that project was to enable channel-independent interaction between customer and organization, ensuring that the provided information to the customer would always be of the highest quality and would be provided fast. This project impacted the complete organization and was strongly influenced by the organizational tilt of the organization at that time.

At DetailResult Services I was active as ICT project manager and was responsible for a number of very different projects, ranging from setting up both operational and technical processes for data delivery to an external (marketing) party, managing the implementation of an ERP (Transport management) application , the migration of the HR application to a new platform including a major database conversion, upgrading of OTAP environments and implementing critical changes to the organizations data centres. My work covered the entire process, from initiation to implementation.

In 2009 I worked in the Gambia (West Africa) in the function of Operational Manager of a 5 star boutique hotel. I was responsible for improving various business processes. The objective was to lower maintenance costs, increase profit margins, more effective use of staff and increased customer satisfaction. I was also responsible for the day-to-day management of over 30 staff members, contractors and suppliers. Additionally I set up a marketing strategy for the hotel.

Within the Program 'Payments and Savings' I managed the VIN Transition Project. VIN was a business critical operating system which handled critical accounting information of payments.Additionally I operated as team lead a.i. of the Specifications team and the Development & Build team.

I was Project manager for a number of projects within the ICT Project Digitization Program R & I. Within these projects, various business processes were digitized and made accessible via specific portals to a large variety of customers. These projects were the foundation for a more generic development of digital services and a uniform disclosure thereof to the individual target groups of the organization.

In this period I was active as project manager and functional manager. I was responsible for development and functional management of the digital service desk and managed a large variety of projects: 'Reinigingsrecht-online', "Expanding Digital Service Desk’, ‘Raadplegen Erfpacht- & WOZ gegevens Amsterdam’, ‘Basisregistratie Bedrijven Amsterdam’. I was a member of the Change Advisory Team. This team was responsible for advising the organization’s Management Team during the process of organizational restructuring.
