As the Founder and CE of Mobility and Accessibility for Children and Adults Ltd (MACA), I am passionate about supporting and advocating for the right to safe and accessible transport for people with disability. I have over 15 years of experience in road safety and transport policy development and implementation, working at state, national and international levels. I have a Master of Public Policy and Management, early childhood qualifications, and am a Williamson Community Leadership Program alumna.I established MACA in 2019 and its Australian Safety Assessment Program (AuSAP) in 2020. MACA is a not-for-profit registered charity that delivers national information resources and conducts research, training and innovation projects to promote best practice and evidence-based solutions for people with disability and medical conditions transport needs. I am also a recipient of the prestigious 3M-Australasian College of Road Safety award for my contribution to child restraint policy and practice. I am committed to finding new ways to collaborate and engage with stakeholders across sectors and disciplines to achieve road safety and well-being outcomes for the community.
