My passion lies in bringing organizations together, helping people understand their benefits, and measuring the results against the effort in order to meet the next challenge.I specialize in process management and employee communications for Retail Benefit programs, Diversity and Inclusion and Well Being event campaigns. I've redesigned Paid Time Off policies, launched and managed them, managed Paid Sick Leave legislation and policy design, created Benefit portals for both intranet and internet, and managed HR program training and support. I've also managed recruiting speakers for Diversity and Inclusion events, managed Diversity and Inclusion publicity campaigns, and published D&I metrics for executive ROI.More recently, I launched the communications campaign for the Levi Strauss Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which involved both print and online communication strategy for a global audience. I also worked on Diversity and Inclusion events that ranged from Women's History Viola conference, Managing the Mental Health and Gay rights event, and supporting the Diversity and Inclusion team at LS&Co. with monthly event support and publicity.I partner daily with our HR, IT, Call Center and Store teams to effectively manage employee understanding and compliance with program policies.
