My career in recruitment spans nearly 30 years and covers private and public sectors. For the last 14 years I have focused on senior interim appointments in Local Government, Health and Central Government. In this time, I have successfully appointed Chief Executives, Directors and Assistant Directors across public sector organisations and established a strong network of C-Suite clients and candidates. Tile Hill provides Interim Management and Executive Search to help our customers cope with business challenges and better deliver change. The business was launched in 2017 with the aim of helping to propel public sector organisations and public sector leaders towards their goals.
