Current• Responsible for 20 employees and perform annual reviews, payroll, performance improvement plan and disciplinary actions when needed.• Recruiting selection and placement of new staff• Monitor staff productivity and ensure balance in quantity and quality by performing audits with Lead.• Ensures all billing and collection activities are compliant with Federal, state and industry standards and regulations.• Manage A/R of 11 divisions (Ophthalmology, Perinatology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, Allergy, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, HRIC and Gynecology.• Monitor work processes and identify/implement process improvement opportunities.• Analyze and identify root causes of denial trends to help reduce A/R.• Create white paper reports for providers to communicate relevant coding edits and payor guidelines with an objective to improve efficiency in practice management and increase revenue.• Meet with billers weekly to discuss billing issues and help identify their needs and empower them to successfully meet A/R and productivity goals.• Review monthly billing reports to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies and division’s productivity trends.• Develop systems design improvement partnering with Epic AC’s and IT for system optimization..
