- Experience across Wovens, Knitwear, Outerwear & Leather.- Working closely with Designers and Merchandisers to plan product strategy, range build by month, develop product to meet KPIs and build on previous year performance.- Present weekly trade meetings responding to sales with quick response trading to maximise profit with least risk.- Manage supplier base with responsibility for monitoring business levels, managing negotiations, securing margin and limiting risk.- Involved with in-house sustainability team; sourcing through Far East & Europe to implement a trial and trade strategy to achieve set goals.- Negotiation, sourcing & inspiration research trips to both Europe & Far East throughout the year.
