As Operations Manager at Bacardí’s Brand Home in Sitges I was responsible for leading the team and the day-to-day effective running of the services provided at Casa Bacardí.Key tasks: - Team manager: recruitment, induction and continuous training, ensuring all the operational procedures are followed by the team and that are comprehensive and updated.- Ensure the effective, efficient and safe daily operation of all areas (exhibition, experience bar and shop) liasing with other teams and suppliers.- Morning briefs to ensure the team is informed and updated on the activities schedule, sharing the expected kpi’s and goals to reach daily and monthly.- Visits & ticketing manager: responsible for managing the POS and the correct function of the ticketing programe (AdmitOne), cashing up and banking reconciliation. Set the visit schedule, pricing and languages offered.- Groups & Events: book, plan and ensure the best experience is delibered to customers, advocacy and MICE clients.- Shop and experience bar: oversee stocktacking and stock management. Maintain high standards of presentation to enhace customer experience.- Drive revenue to the Exhibit and Shop reaching the agreed sales and KPIs.- Monthly closure reporting to the Brand Home Manager and Bacardí Global Finance Team.
