I am an experienced, enthusiastic trainer and volunteer manager with 20 years experience in the voluntary sector. Working primarily for four major UK national charities, Citizens Advice, Helplines Partnership, Turn2us and Samaritans, my recent career highligts include:Delivering training in helpline skills to a wide range of clients, including the Commission for Equality & Human Rights, Citizens Information Phone Service Ireland, the MS Society Scotland, the Dept for Finance & Personnel Northern Ireland, Birmingham Rape & Sexual Violence Project and Mencap Cymru.
