To support this expansion, I undertook a full review of Arvon’s artistic policy, resulting in a funding uplift from ACE. I worked closely with high worth individual donors; and conceived partnerships such as the successful and still ongoing Jerwood / Arvon mentoring scheme for emerging writers.
