Recently, I have facilitated user research and customer journey mapping to explore opportunities for upselling and improving the user journey from initial interest through to purchase for a price comparison website and travel technology company.· Conducting accessibility research with users who have a range of disabilities. A recent project involved managing a diary study and conducting accessibility testing to improve the design and accessibility of a new audio platform aimed at collating music, radio and podcasts.· Using my expert UX knowledge and best practice to create intuitive, accessible, on-brand design solutions for a series of digital and physical device interfaces, including three shipping tools. This involved conducting an expert review and competitor analysis then producing three design concepts for each tool that would work across desktop, mobile and tablet.· Project managing research projects across a variety of sectors. For example, working with a charity to inform the design and improve the usability of their tool aimed at providing support and information to stroke survivors and their friends and family.· Conducting ergonomics assessments for clients to advise on workstation, work design, manual handling and work organisation changes to improve efficiency and employee wellbeing. This has recently included work in offices, banking branches, vehicles, as well as production line operation evaluations; undertaking assessments for people with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and/or complex needs (e.g. epilepsy, sensory impairments, neurological conditions and physical impairments). · Developing and delivering a wide variety of training for clients such as EY, Johnston Sweepers and Houses of Parliament.
