A recent project involved managing a diary study and conducting accessibility testing to improve the design and accessibility of a new audio platform aimed at collating music, radio and podcasts.· Using my expert UX knowledge and best practice to create intuitive, accessible, on-brand design solutions for a series of digital and physical device interfaces, including three shipping tools. This involved conducting an expert review and competitor analysis then producing three design concepts for each tool that would work across desktop, mobile and tablet.· Project managing research projects across a variety of sectors. For example, working with a charity to inform the design and improve the usability of their tool aimed at providing support and information to stroke survivors and their friends and family.· Conducting ergonomics assessments for clients to advise on workstation, work design, manual handling and work organisation changes to improve efficiency and employee wellbeing.
