UddannelsesagentVejle Kommune Jun 2018 - Dec 2019Jobcenter VejleSom projektleder havde jeg ansvar for at udvikle og implementere projektet: At tale om erhvervsuddannelser med de ledige borgere på en ny måde. Undervejs i projektet sad jeg med inde hos beskæftigelsesrådgiverne, førte selv samtaler med nogle borgere omkring uddannelsesønsker og efterspørgsel på arbejdsmarkedet. Dette gav mig en god forståelse for samtaler med borgerne og hvordan mine kollegaer arbejdede. Jeg har også fået en god forståelse for området omkring erhvervsuddannelser, både skolernes tilbud og borgernes overvejelser, herunder motivation og økonomi. Derudover kalder jeg dette projekt for 'et års uddannelse indenfor kommunikation og mennesker': Det var kritisk for projektet at jeg havde en løbende dialog med de ansatte i afsnittet for at få dem til at "købe ind" i projektet. Dernæst afholde jeg præsentationer om erhvervsuddannelser hver anden uge for nyledige ufaglærte og faglærte med forældede uddannelser, samt afholdte individuelle samtaler med borgerne om uddannelse. Styregruppen var også en kommunikationsopgave. Så kommunikation fyldte rigtig meget, og jeg lærte i den grad at tilpasse min kommunikation til hver målgruppe.Projektet blev implementeret via et arbejdshæfte, som fungerer som en uddannelsesrejse som guider både rådgiver og borger igennem de mange spørgsmål der skal findes svar på. Arbejdshæftet er også et opslagsværk inden for hhv. de gældende regler og motiverende dialogværktøjer, fx en uddybende snak om økonomien i at tage en erhvervsuddannelse her og nu og på langt sigte. Derudover er der et årshjul til ledelsen, som løbende italesætter de forskellige aspekter omkring opkvalificering til afsnittet. -
