- Providing support to Managing Partner and Chief Finance Officer in the Vevey Head Office and to two Operations Managers in the West African offices. - Arranging rotas, schedules, flights, transfers, accommodation for all expat personnel working in West Africa (approximately 20 contractors). - Liaising with Embassies regarding consular requirements for visas. - Calculation, recording and payment of wages for all expat personnel. - Setting up administration systems, templates and record keeping. - Training for local office staff on administrative processes to support the business. - Extensive liaison with and support to the local staff in the West African offices. - Credit control. - Compliance and audits i.e. ISO 9001. - Issue of twice yearly customer surveys to all clients, monitoring and keeping of records of results and providing follow up. - Ordering and monitoring of supplies for office/dealing with local suppliers and contractors.
