Director and presenter for the non-profit organization, Physiology First, which works to make brain and body-based learning a part of the foundation of education through teaching students how to mitigate feelings of stress and anxiety using breathing exercises and other tools to help them improve cognition and get closer to their goals.

Lead and co-present on topics such as breathing for mental state control for students and companies, as well as the effect of breathing on aerobic and anaerobic capacity for university athletes to improve their performance in sport while drawing attention to student-athlete mental health.

Provide individualized training for one-on-one clients focused around aerobic and anaerobic training, and intelligent strength training that educates clients about critical components of building a stronger body while avoiding injury. I work to empower my clients with knowledge about their bodies to build a more resilient body while helping them towards their goals.
