I work as part of a team in assisting with the development of a new point of purchase distribution plan for the Team in Training program. I am coordinating the distribution of marketing materials and helping to generate and execute grassroots and online marketing initiatives with hopes of increasing brand awareness, increasing the number of Team in Training participants, and increasing fundraising dollars to support the mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to cure blood cancer.

I monitored the client’s exposure on all major search engines in anticipation of maintaining top placement in as many keyword searches as possible. I expanded and condensed client keyword lists in anticipation of capturing more users in the purchase funnel. I also researched and presented up and coming digital advertising strategies using social media blog sites such as www.mashable.com. I worked as part of a team to develop marketing strategies for the launch of McDonalds oatmeal.

I was responsible for handling all space reservations and insertion orders in a timely manner for clients. I assisted the Media Planners in daily planning activities, which included helping with print POVs and media evaluations. I also conducted online research to evaluate media opportunities, and contributed ideas about new media avenues.. I also worked as part of team to prepare and present a marketing plan for the launch of McDonald’s McCafe that included different strategies of out of home advertising tactics.
