Helen is a strong advocate for global trade & investment and sustainability. She has over 14 years of experience in international business development, accounting and finance, and government relations in university, government and private sectors including Fortune 500 companies. As a CPA, CA, Helen currently runs her own consulting and accounting business which provides financial services to companies and individuals, with a focus on providing market entry and settlement needs for immigrant entrepreneurs to Canada. She represented Canada in attendance at the Alibaba Global Conference on Woman and Entrepreneurship. Helen is passionate about supporting women and impact entrepreneurs and is currently an impact investor for the Spring's Women Led Impact Investor Challenge and Pyfera Capital. Helen actively contributes to the community by acting as a non-for-profit and business association board member, a judge for case competitions, a mentor for entrepreneurs and students, and a speaker for Canada’s Impact Start-up Visa incubator. As a proud immigrant entrepreneur from China, Helen enthusiastically promotes diversity and supports entrepreneurs to thrive in the Canadian economy and succeed globally.
