My role was not only to oversee the work, but also the team, hiring in the right people for the right jobs. When it came to the work, I was involved in helping solve creative problems to the client brief, guiding the teams and delivering cross-channel creative responses. In just 12 months we created 31 original campaigns, highlighted the importance of family for Mothers & Fathers Day. We brought all the right ingredients together in our new food destinations creating over 100 pieces of unique content. We also encourage customers to be their own creative directors in a Spring Summer campaign working with five influences across owned media, social, paid, organic and online. We showed the must-have products of the season through our Top Sellers campaign, AW22 on Westfield Direct and Westfield Week of Offers to name a few. We helped Westfield bring the community together with the Marion project, an ecosystem strategy, an E.S.G. strategy and five center redevelopments. We honored the cultural diversity of our customers through World Pride, Lunar New Year, Eid and Hannukah and more, and of course brought magic back to Christmas in a 45 second TVC, plus social, radio, outdoor, online and cut downs.I helped direct over 14 shoots, created thousands of pieces of content, helped generate over $20 million in Westfield direct sales, helped acquire over 1 million new Westfield memberships, plus a lot more in between. The role of publishers, personalities, owned, bought and earned media are now inseparable from each other and the ideas they serve. To create this kind of work, the classic disciplines of marketing - advertising, experience, PR, CRM, media, digital and retail - all have to come together. This is what CHE Proximity calls Connected Creativity.
