I blend human centred design research with UX research methodologies and futures thinking to empower cross-functional teams to make confident tactical decisions on how to improve products and experience, while also shaping future vision and long-term strategy. I’ve spent the past year working on project contracts with the Product and Service Design team at a digital bank and am now seeking new opportunities. Notable clients include Zopa Bank, Sonos, Land Rover Jaguar and the NHS.At its core, my work helps teams to cultivate deep empathy for their customers' needs and values, to anticipate emerging lifestyles, and navigate industry disruption. By working collaboratively, we identify opportunities, generate ideas and design solutions. I'm comfortable with agile processes, whether on short-term sprints or long-term projects.I am experienced in designing, facilitating, project managing and guiding teams through the complex front-end of discovery research to uncover insights and develop new concepts, as well as using evaluative techniques for testing them. I am also experienced in inclusive research. My superpower is often described as ‘making the complex simple’. I believe that great insight happens when data is combined with intuition.
