I'm not for the feint hearted or those who have yet to find their sense of humour. But... if that hasn't put you off, here is what I'm about: I believe that life is an adventure. I find that every day, week and year brings new opportunities and I try to grab hold of most of them. I'm just as fearful as others, but sometimes we just have to face down the fear and take a leap of faith! Paying for the roof over my head, I am the Founder and Managing Director of Jaluch, a UK HR and Training business, operating for about 25 years now. Innovation and quality are my passion. Calling a spade a spade is my ‘brand’! I have a great team currently helping me move swiftly into the more digital end of the training industry which is hugely exciting. As well as running my business I love to get involved with various volunteering and humanitarian activities. These really have been the making of me and keep me grounded. A real passion is supporting people around the world who are not in a position to gain employment through usual channels. Self employment is the route to financial self sufficiency, for those who can't just rock up and get a job elsewhere, and I can support with that. My current projects are in Afghanistan and Nepal.
