In my role as Consultant Manager I help our clients with their recruitment needs. Meaning I was the responsible for the full recruitment assignment. This cover attending sales meeting with customers acting as a recruitment expert, setting the requirement profile for positions together with the customer and write job adverts. I am in charge of the selection process of finding the right candidate. I supported the client with such things as second opinion and planning of their recruitment needs. My role also involved supporting my customers with information and HR related questions. Acted as Manager for the consultants focused on Labour law, salary, check-in etc. Academic Work uses a Competence Recruitment Method all interviews focus on identifying applicant’s personal competences, cross checking these with the client’s requirements.
