1. Client Communication: Liaise with clients from event brief to execution, manage expectations and deadlines, and lead ongoing project meetings.2. Event Scheduling: Create and maintain a comprehensive annual events calendar, coordinate full-scale event logistics, track registrations and attendees, and prepare post-event reports.3. Supplier Coordination: Source venues, catering, AV equipment, hire contractors, furniture, and arrange any theme-related or entertainment services.4. Budget Management: Monitor and manage event budgets, track expenses, negotiate with vendors for favorable rates, and conduct post-event reconciliations for final invoices.- Onsite Management: Attend events and coordinate onsite logistics and production. Develop a run sheet and oversee bump-in and pack-down tasks for internal marketing staff and external onsite contractors.5. Sponsor Support: Brief sponsors on registration and lead scanning. Create sponsor decks, including event and venue arrangements, booth setup plans, location assignments, delivery labels, etc.6. Travel Coordination: Travel between cities to oversee and execute roadshow events as the event producer.
