As an analyst consultant, I worked on large change programmes for Xceed’s clients. Previous roles have involved communications planning at WorldPay; event management at Lloyds Banking Group, project management at Marsh and PMO at IFDS.Along with working for our clients, I also helped to develop propositions at Xceed's London office by preparing training.

I acted as the Project Management Officer for a £2 million project. This included activities such as assisting the re-planning of the project, developing a detailed communications plan,, and project reporting.I also project managed another procurement process, enabling the charity to make an IT purchase worth £150,000. I prepared all project documentation.

As an intern, I ran the MP Accountability Network campaign which encouraged people to get in touch with their MPs on poverty-related issues. I produced leaflets, web content and briefings, which I researched and created at short notice.I also ran the Close the Gap telephone campaign, managing a small team which made calls to the charity's supporters.
