Over the past decade as an Editor in Chief and Publisher of Estonian culture newspaper Müürileht, I have developed a deep understanding of the trends in our society and culture.As a sustainability advisor at Miltton, it's my mission to support the achievement of sustainable development goals and the promotion of responsible business in Estonian society. These include, among other things, the topics of the green and digital turn and keywords such as sustainable economy, social welfare, and new technologies, as well as science and innovation. I focus mostly on ESG leadership, corporate social responsibility, humanitarian view on technology and everything related to societal relations from reducing stigmas in society to fostering innovation in communities, businesses, and organisations.I work with organisations from both the business and public sectors, helping them develop sustainable programs and strategies, assess their impact on sustainable development goals, prepare action plans to achieve these goals and report about their work on ESG.Thanks to more than ten years of experience in journalism, responsible communication is an organic part of strategic work for me. Internal communication is essential for achieving goals, and strategic communication with stakeholders must be supported by activities and data on the sustainability of the organisation.
