Providing training and facilitation, business advice and support to social enterprises and third sector organisation to help them grow, and be fit for purpose. Primarily working in the South West I also undertake some international work.Recent/current work includes: Delivering sessions for SSE Dartington on measuring social impact.Devising evaluation framework and carrying out primary evaluation for Devon-wide arts consortium.Chairing Social Audit panel for Housing Association in North West.In June 2015 (with British Council Greece and local partners in Athens) I devised and delivered training on measuring social impact. It was part of a programme for social entrepreneurs, the first programme of this type in Athens. In May 2015 with British Council India I delivered a lecture programme in Calicut, Cochin and Bangalore to public audiences including students, academics, public sector managers and NGOs, focusing on the UK Social Economy and lessons, if any, for the Indian social economy. I also ran workshops at the second Women's Social Entrepreneurs Training the Trainers Programme at IIMK. In early 2015 on behalf of the National Association of AONBs (NAAONB) and Cabinet Office I produced an evaluation of their Social Forestry and Peer Mentoring Pilot programme, undertaking stakeholder consultation and drawing on qualitative and quantitative evidence.Work in 2012-14 included writing and delivering a package of training for the South West Impact Hub with a focus on helping organisations to define and measure their outcomes and impact, particularly in light of the Social Value Act. Previous work has included facilitating and delivering a two day international programme for Social Entrepreneurs from across Europe and North Africa for the British Council (Italy and Malta), and delivering two training workshops on Social Impact Measurement in Istanbul for TUSEV and British Council Turkey.www.vinesworks.co.uk
