IT support and service have been a great part of my work life. I have been employed in a large period of years in a local IT department which later turned into a global IT Service Desk. It has always been a pleasure to help my colleagues on right track again when they had IT issues and help with support and advises. I have worked with IT user and system administration and maintenance. I have knowledge on various programs and systems and am familiar with Windows 10 and Office365 platforms. I also have user and administrator experience with digital workflow system, ServiceNow. I see myself as a team player and I like to see the outcome of a team effort. As a team you are strong when you work together, share knowledge and take time to give a bit of yourself.I also like to work with administration and communication. I have managed IT intranet pages and published IT news articles and have organized an internal IT intranet communications group. Web management has my interest and an area I would like to be further involved in. I can contribute with my creative ideas, skills and flair for layout.Other areas of office administration and support could also be of interest as future job position.
