From an early age, I always knew that my mission would be to take care of people.This passion led me to Psychology, where I began to understand what really drives each individual, what motivates them, and how to create environments where they can thrive.When I finished my degree in Psychology, I knew I wanted to go beyond the office; I wanted to impact the corporate world, where millions of lives intertwine on a daily basis. The combination of these two worlds opened the door to a 15-year career in Human Resources, where I became a bridge between people and the success of companies.During those years, I worked in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Internal Communication, Organizational Culture and Internal Consulting. Each of these pillars was a fundamental part of building my path as a Business Partner, a role where my strategic and empathetic eye really found its purpose.Over the last 8 years, my role as a Business Partner has allowed me to work side by side with managers, offering support in strategic discussions about people - a real challenge that I have enthusiastically accepted. From organizational structure and climate to performance and talent management, I was responsible for helping leaders navigate the complex scenario of managing teams, always with a focus on results and human development.In addition, I actively supported and participated in the creation of policies that not only met the company's needs, but also took care of the people who build it every day. My experience in Benefits and Personnel Administration, while supporting the team dedicated to these matters, gave me a broad and in-depth view of the processes and policies involved, allowing me to make a significant contribution.Interfacing with diversity and inclusion committees became a job of passion, where I was able to contribute to creating fairer and more welcoming environments.With advanced English and knowledge of systems such as Office, Success Factors, Canva, Miro, TOTVS, RM and Kanbanize, I am always ready to face new challenges, learn and apply best practices that bring real results, both for companies and for people.Today, I look back on my career with pride, knowing that every project, every conversation and every decision made was a step towards creating more humane and effective organizations.
