Presently I wear many hats! Not only do I work with my husband, Eric Charon at Charon Roofing Systems, but I am also a recruiter. Back in 2006, my husband started his own roofing company while I was pursuing my own career goals. In 2010, my husband and I decided it was in the best interest of our family and his company for me to quit my job with Appleone.
