1. Recruitment, Selection and Induction.Assisting in shortlisting, interviewing abd selecting suitable candidates and doing background checks.Participating in contract negotiations and onboarding process.Documenting NSSF, NHIF, ID, PIN NO, bank details and other necessary details of the new staff.2. HR Administration and Record keeping.Maintaining official files and records while ensuring confidentiality and keeping record of closed files.3. Performance Management, Training and Development.providing support in performance management and training needs analysis.Ensuring administration and logistics are taken care of and record keeping after the training.4. Staff separation.Assisting in coordinating the staff exit process by conducting exit interviews and clearing process.5.Staff welfare.Organizing staff welfare quarterly meetings, taking minutes and following up the issues raised in the staff welfare meeting in liason with HR manager.6. Management of medical scheme.Providing notifications for new staff, exiting staff and staff upgrades after promotion.Request for invoices, medical cards, credit notes and also follow -up on refunds and reimbursement.7.Implementation of Health and Safety police.Updating the workplace injury register and promptly reporting work-related injuries to the insurance.Facilitating occupational medical examinations for employees who are exposed to occupational hazards.
