As such, she worked as a researcher with the Tanzania Commission for AIDS (TACAIDS), Ifakara Health Institute (IHI), Savana Forever Tanzania (SFTZ), Research and Education for Democracy in Tanzania (REDET) as election observer in 2020 , CSK Research Solution, Tanzania Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation (TIME), Sokoine University of Agriculture, Norges Vel, NACOPHA, EU, OPM and other organizations as a data collector, analyst, transcriber, and translator. Hellen worked as a Protocol Internee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation and currently, she also worked as a TGNP Internal Consultant to advocate and lobby for gender-responsive policy, plans and budget development and implementation both at the Local and National level. Further, Hellen is passionate to work with the community for them to realize their potential and advocate for a girl child's right to education.
