Main responsibilities;• Marketing Research; Collect data and Conduct computational analysis.• Event Management; Preparing Concept Notes, Reports, Budgets for events. Organizing and coordinating all logistical elements of marketing events including sourcing prospective venues and ensure all event logistics are properly set up and secured.• Digital Marketing; (designing and sending mailers en masse to the entire organization and/or clients to either disseminate information or invitation for events). Able to use several software programs i.e. Dreamweaver, InDesign and Photoshop.• Branding; Printing various collaterals (e.g. Banners, Posters, Brochures), ensure correct use of company logo.• Communication; Disseminate information to various departments to support overall marketing strategy and manage the front desk and liaise with clients during marketing events.o Liaise directly with clients as well as suppliers.o Receive purchase invoices and ensure they are correct and present to appropriate department for processing.o Assist in providing administrative support to department.• Database Management; Keeping a record of all marketing related collaterals.

Managers from various companies in Kenya that have been selected at random to participate in the research study on behalf of a telecommunication company (Safaricom Limited) in Kenya to obtain a better understanding on the usage of telecommunication products (voice and data) among various companies in Kenya.Responsibilities included:Talking mainly to I.T. Managers or Finance Managers from Corporate, SME’s (Small to Medium Enterprises) and SOHO’s (Small Office/Home Office) to get their opinions on the usage of telecommunication among companies in Kenya in order to facilitate an improvement of service delivery.
