• Recruitment and interviewing of new employees.• Preparing the payroll, checking the payments of the employees per supervisor to check if there was any malice or variance on the excel to save on the company’s finances before payment of salaries (Payroll) and keeping the documents both in soft and hard copies for future reference.• Entry and updating of the employee information in the system for easy accessibility as well as future reference• Filing and maintaining of various documents of employees.• Taking records of supplied and used stationery • Writing notices for the workers on major issues concerning them and also making communications to our major suppliers of the project either by calls or through emails.• Designing of the employee’s gate passes • Ensuring the safety of all employees and taking care of the injured ones while on duty by making sure they get the necessary medical attention • Counselling of the employees on social matters and finance management• Producing P9A forms for the employees to file returns (i-tax) • Submission of the employee statutory deductions (NHIF and NSSF) in time, among other duties.• Attending meetings and writing minutes among other duties

• Service and attend staff meetings; take minutes of meetings when required.• Check and scrutinize invoices for accuracy.• Establish and maintain computerized databases of the organization’s service providers, contacts and other relevant information when required. • In agreement with the line manager, establish and maintain filing systems as appropriate. • Perform general clerical cum administration support including mail-outs, photocopying, filing and equipment supplies.• Maintain overall standard of the office space. • Liaise with cleaning services and keep an equipment inventory of all fixture, capital and fittings. • Assist and deputize on behalf of the finance manager. • Check goods and order to be sure they have been received
