Oversaw the day to day functions of a multi-million dollar restaurant and banquet venue. Managed a staff of 30+ employees. Handled billing transactions, financial close outs, employee payouts, scheduling, venue sales, vendor managment, inventory, etc. During my time I also lead the re-design and rebranding of both The Copperfield Inn as well as their sister restaurant, Davinci's Pub. This included, redesigning and managing their website and social media platforms, creating new sales packages for varied banquet rentals, redesigning the menu, and instituting new policy changes to ensure high quality feedback from patrons.
