Over the years I've collected a wide variety of skills through work experience and hobbies. I love trying new things and figuring out what else I might enjoy outside of my regular go-to's. For a long time, I thought that I was doing life wrong by not narrowing down my life to one particular focus but now I see that it was all part of what makes me exceptional as a person and a creative.I was trained in Advertising & Graphic Design from college and have continued to keep up with those skills throughout the years. I added photography to my skill set as a hobby and it grew into a passion that has also helped part of my career. Graphic design as well as photography has helped me excel in comics and understand the visual aspect of the medium. I love playing around with different genres and mediums when it comes to writing – I feel like the best way to learn and grow as a creator is to always think outside the box and do stuff outside your comfort zone. I’m also a big believer in that communication is key when it comes to collaboration. All of my life experiences and the journey that I've been on (and continue on) help to give my stories depth and personality too. Founding my own websites and being a freelancer for several years also taught me all about branding and what it takes to make it online. I learned how to build a positive community and a following as a company as well as an individual over a variety of different platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Working in customer service for 10+ years has given me ground-level insight into what people are after and what people look for. I know how people think and what sort of campaigns really speak to them and I am able to use that to my advantage.And at the end of the day, I have an amazing work ethic that involves me being an incredibly reliable, punctual, and friendly addition to any workplace or team.
