I lead event planning and implementation for CPC’s current and future programs, including Musicians Corner, Kidsville, and Nashville Earth Day. I oversee the Kidsville and Nashville Earth Day programming, and manage our Event Manager, Kidsville Manager, and program contractors and hire and manage 33 interns each year.I plan and execute events for current CPC programs and manage the logistics, operations, and visitor experience of 20+ outdoor events annually, including Musicians Corner, Nashville Earth Day, and Kidsville Family Festival and Kidsville Family Walk. Along with our large scale events, I manage partnerships with community organizations to present small-scale events like Yoga In The Park, International Day Of Yoga, Opera In The Park, and seek out Featured Community Partners for each Musicians Corner date. In addition to managing qualitative and financial goals for the programming department as a whole, including event vendors, alcohol, merchandise, and donation revenue, I build and maintain relationships with event sponsors and serve as the liaison for CharityBuzz fundraising lots. I collaborate with our internal and external marketing teams to provide event information, create event signage, and work with local news sponsors. I serve as member of CPC’s Equitable Engagement Committee.

After being the stage manager for AMERICANAFEST at Mercy Lounge since 2015 I was happy to move into the Festival Manager role in 2022. I handled the execution and logistics of the evening showcases, with 190+ bands across 14 venues over 4 nights. I managed a team of 16 stage managers and auxiliary staff, the venue backline rentals, and coordinated the payments and festival passes for every performing artist and band member. During the festival I was the point of contact for artists, venues, and AMERICANAFEST staff for any showcase related questions or issues.

I utilized Master Tour by Eventric, AtVenue, and Google Workspace to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnered with graphic designers and artist management to help lead product discovery and customer feedback. Providing a consistent, meaningful experience to music fans every night taught me to be an adaptable and creative problem solver. My role with Kidz Bop was a hybrid work from home and tour job, where I worked from Nashville during the week in collaboration with the New York office and flew out on the weekends for shows. My role was new to the organization and I enjoyed creating optimized systems for the various tasks I was responsible for, including the VIP Experience, merchandise, payroll, and budgets. I facilitated the transition to AtVenu for merch inventory and sales tracking and utilized Google docs extensively to facilitate communication with the rest of team. RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinated the VIP Experience for each date on the national tour to ensure fan satisfaction and retention and increase merchandise sales. - Managed the payroll and accounting for the 14-person band and crew. - Booked travel and coordinated budgets for photo shoots, recording sessions, and radio and TV appearances to ensure projects stayed on budget and within necessary timelines.- Provided daily and weekly inventory and budget accountability to management in order to allow for budgeting projections and pivots throughout the tour.
