CurrentInterview coordination; onboarding of all new hires through HRIS; background checks and drug testing coordination/follow-up; I9 verification; electronic employee file updates and maintenance; initiate and maintain ongoing communication with new hires through date of orientation; schedule all orientation modules and create/maintain annual orientation calendar; ensure all new hire onboarding tasks are completed prior to start date; prepare all new employment agreements for annual promotes; prepare and electronically send offer letters to candidates through HRIS (Cornerstone); keep fellow team members entertained during Teams calls with warped sense of humor.
