- COE role pan India for Retail & Wealth segment - Was responsible for country-wide business oversight & operational governance for the distribution of wealth products such as mutual funds, life & general insurance and foreign exchange- This included close monitoring of business ethics, portfolio quality, potential mis-selling risk, and arm’s length between Asset Management Companies and business development teams to consciously avoid potential bribery risk.

As a Product & Propositions Manager, the role initially required intense teamwork & partnership with the Compliance team to design & develop the product features, pricing & risk parameters. The role was later enhanced to include P&L responsibilities through a team of 20 Business Banking Relationship Managers across 6 cities.

An initial leadership role that involved managing sales, service, operations & customer experience of the branch with a team of Relationship Managers, Service officers & Branch Operation executives.
