Recruitment: 1. Handling recruitment for Middle & Senior level positions across different Industries. 2. Managing the entire supply chain of recruitment for clients. 3. Interacting with the senior management to understand the specific requirements. 4. Training and mentoring members in various processes involved in the entire recruitment cycle. 5. Responsible for all level of requirements by portals - Adv, head hunting, references, scrutinizing and short listing potential candidates from database and Internet 6.
