I worked as a CSR at Booster Juice and enjoyed the fast-paced and friendly environment. My main duties were taking orders, preparing smoothies and snacks, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the store. I learned how to use different equipment, such as blenders, juicers, and espresso machines, and how to follow recipes and standards. Provide personalised service to all the guests. Serve as a pleasant, hospitable host, greet guests, and help. Follow menu requirement as provided by brand. Refilling and restocking the items consistently for the next day. Reliable to check inventory. Be sure that established service procedures are always followed. Assist general manager with ordering or purchasing supplies. Worked as a team member, remembering several smoothies, juices and food recipes as well as preparing. Clean and sanitize the store. Took orders and worked at cash register. Closed the cash register and check the bills of the day. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and standards. I also learned how to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and upsell products. I developed my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills by working with my co-workers and managers. I liked the variety of tasks, the flexible schedule, and the employee discounts. Some of the challenges I faced were dealing with long lines, rush hours, and inventory shortages. I overcame them by staying calm, organized, and efficient. I received positive feedback from customers and supervisors for my performance and attitude. Working at Booster Juice was a rewarding experience that helped me grow professionally and personally.
