This role is a continuation of my role at TOWER Software, which I joined in 2006. TOWER was acquired by HP in 2008. My role has some what morphed since we joined HP, I still am responsible for creating and maitaining HP TRIM training documentation, as well as creating internal enablement collateral such as demonstration videos (which are also consumed by Customers and Business Partners). I also now create and maintain the Release Notes for each HP TRIM release. I've recently become responsible for creating and maintaining the HP TRIM Web Client (and any associated applications/modules).I write the training documentation and Release Notes in MS Word (and publish the documentation as PDFs).The Web Client help files are HTML files that are presented via the Web Client. I'm investigating MadCap Flare as a potential authoring tool for the help files instead.

Responsible for developing and maintaining training documentation for the company. Also provide training to staff on our existing and new products.

Provided first line support for all NT Government Agencies with their issues with TRIM (Captura and Context). Was also responsible for training NT Government employees in the use of TRIM.
