Created product vision, developed product & engineering roadmap, managed product backlog, and prioritized based on the operations usage, customer experience, and revenue. Managed Risk, Impact & Change, and eliminate roadblocks to meet the desired project progress at each iteration. Created product milestones focusing on key deliverables; tracked and achieved the same. Successfully organized and implemented a planned product release cycle. With each release, wherever required facilitated operations team with training and KB articles on the application use. Also, established a post-production hyper support process for quick resolution of issues (if any)Expertise in stakeholder management and providing transparent visibility of product development timelines & progress vs delivered against product roadmap backing with reports and statistics.
