o Primary objective is to efficiently manage the quote to cash process.o Provide pre and post Sales support to the Australia and New Zealand Field team using my extensive knowledge of business processes, policies/procedures and ensure these are adhered to in a highly reactive and time pressured environment.o Work closely with Enterprise Business Operations team to guarantee successful order booking and revenue recognition.o Act as the focal point for month-end and quarter-end deal tracking and closure whilst maintaining key project management commitments.o Respond to client issues and queries by identifying solutions and providing ongoing progress reports and follow-ups where necessary.o Regular pipeline reporting from Salesforce.com to Senior Managemento Worked on numerous ad hoc projects and improvement workshops including creating Support Agreement Ids (SAID) for all Software orders processed. My contribution ensured the License and Support orders were linked to the correct Contracts, which resulted in superior levels of satisfaction amongst the Sales team and end customers.
