Bench Sales - Team Lead
Current● Leading a team of 4 Bench Sales executives● Distributing the bench consultants among the team members● Working with Prime Vendors and helping my team in getting the prime vendor contacts● As an individual salesperson, speaking to my bench consultants on daily basis and sharing the requirements to the consultants and motivating them to apply for those position with a matching resume and as a lead, motivating my team to do the same to reach our goals● Working on only direct client requirements.● Connecting with new white vendors on daily basis activity● Maintaining the updated vendor list according to the monthly basis activity.● Experience in understanding client job requirements and identifying avenues to find and search suitable candidates. ● Finding new requirements through prime vendor portals and job postings in LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster etc. ● Preparing the consultants on bench by arranging the mock vendor calls and mock interview calls.● Sourcing the candidates according to the immediate requirements in the market.● Exclusively dealing with OPT, H4EAD, TN, H1 T, etc visa consultants.
