•Involved in Day to day operations of the client, Key Responsibilities include Bug Triaging, Planning sprint to reduce Bug Backlog, identifying customer pain points and working closely with client IT team to develop work around.•Identify opportunities for customizing EKA package by introducing new features for Unhandled Business scenarios, thereby generating income to the company.•Manage Product upgrades, product enhancements by involving the client and planning & Managing the releases effectively & Efficiently.•Support Client in their Technical upgrade of Hardware/IT systems from time to time, ensuring EKA product deployed has no impact.•Act as SME in crunch situation for all clients of EKA, when there is a high severity/business blocker, guide various teams in trouble shooting and assist in client communication.•Ensure key learning and best practice is adopted and communicated to all stake holders.

•Responsible for conducting design workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, estimation and impact analysis. Responsible for scope definition during the requirement gathering phase.•Work with business units to analyze and validate requirements. Responsible for analyzing existing (as-is) business processes of clients and model new (to-be) business processes based on the CTRM product implementation.•Communicate the business requirements using functional specifications and visio diagrams to engineering and QA teams. •Liaise with client project team members to formulate the data load and migration strategy and cutover activities prior to go live. Lead a team of consultants in executing the data migration activity.•Provide user training and communicate the key functionality of the CTRM solution to end users.•Prepare UAT scenarios and co-ordinate UAT activities with business users. Engage with business users to validate the scenarios against the business requirements.•Liaise with 3rd party middleware and finance teams to design and manage interface implementation.•Responsible for bug triaging and prioritizing delivery of features.•Responsible for providing SME consulting on BAU activities and processes.•Planned project delivery schedule estimates based on analysis of client business flow and requirement. Managed various internal teams and ensured on-time project delivery enabling the client to ‘Go-live’.•Resolved customer queries by previewing, simulating and analyzing issues logged by client’s users and ensuring quality resolution/solution in time.

• Was part of Pilot team which was instrumental in Transitioning of various functions of IB operations of UBS to Infosys, under the Global Delivery & Utility Model of Infosys.• Responsible for Resource Management, Offshore Training, Understanding Client Business Flows, Documenting As is and To Be Business Flows, liaise with various internal and Client teams, was responsible for Client Reporting.• Was part of various projects that included working Onshore at Client locations, Most Notable are Equity Settlements, Roles were Transitioned from London to Bangalore, Was a key contributor in setting up of 8 member team, and providing floor support for various Technical and process related issues, This role included liaising with other UBS teams, Trade Support teams, Inventory management groups and Market control teams to ensure Trade Financials gets settled in timely and accurate manner, so as to minimize exposure to the Bank.• International Prime Brokerage – Played a Key role in CTB (Change the Bank) initiative of the Bank, was instrumental in identifying key activities that could be automated. Played a key role in Liaising with various technical teams, Led the team from Onshore and ensured TLM reconciliation tool included SEDOL in its matching criteria, which helped in increasing STP (Straight through Processing).
