• Act as SME in crunch situation for all clients of EKA, when there is a high severity/business blocker, guide various teams in trouble shooting and assist in client communication.
• Ensure key learning and best practice is adopted and communicated to all stake holders.

• Responsible for conducting design workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, estimation and impact analysis. Responsible for scope definition during the requirement gathering phase.
• Work with business units to analyze and validate requirements. Responsible for analyzing existing (as-is) business processes of clients and model new (to-be) business processes based on the CTRM product implementation.
• Communicate the business requirements using functional specifications and visio diagrams to engineering and QA teams.
• Liaise with client project team members to formulate the data load and migration strategy and cutover activities prior to go live. Lead a team of consultants in executing the data migration activity.
• Provide user training and communicate the key functionality of the CTRM solution to end users.
• Prepare UAT scenarios and co-ordinate UAT activities with business users. Engage with business users to validate the scenarios against the business requirements.
