As a senior UX designer at LatentBridge, I started my journey with the redesign of the customer portal for a UK based motor financing company, BLUE. In just three months, I was able to deliver a high-quality solution and designs that met the client's requirements. My primary responsibility was to communicate with the client on a daily basis to understand their needs and relay them to the team using visual diagrams and flowcharts. I created a design system and followed a component-based approach in Figma to ensure that it was easy for the client to manage future iterations.To begin the process, I conducted a problem discovery workshop and created a customer journey map to gain a deep understanding of the problem space. Then, using flowcharts and wireframes, I developed design solutions that addressed the issues at hand. Currently, I'm working on internal products that involve automation. My experience with a human-centric design approach allows me to shape complex, tech-oriented products into highly-usable solutions.

As a Senior UX Designer at DesignBrewery, I had the privilege of working on exciting projects for leading brands, including FUSO, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi, and Nestle. For FUSO, I led the development of a customer portal where I defined design systems, developed detailed flowcharts, and designed screens for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. I also managed client interactions and coordination to ensure the project was delivered to the highest standards.In my work with Nestle, I was part of a team that developed an internal event portal. In this project, I collaborated with designers to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and designs for mobile and desktop platforms. My work was focused on delivering a user-friendly and engaging experience for the participants.Overall, my experience as a Senior UX Designer has allowed me to develop a diverse skill set that includes problem-solving, design systems, and client coordination. I am passionate about creating innovative solutions and delivering high-quality results.

As a design consultant, I have had the privilege of working with several startups, including RoyalDrive, the biggest premium used car dealer in South India, CreateSouls, a design studio started by a leading ERP business owner in Kerala, pranah, a web3 startup, Penorga, a reading application, Tackl, an EdTech company, and Stich, an ERP for fashion tailors. My work with these startups included branding, product design, and other design-related services.In addition to my work with startups, I have also worked as an architecture designer, completing projects for more than 5 residential and 2 commercial properties. In this role, I honed my ability to communicate with clients, plan and execute projects, manage finances, and maintain self-discipline.My diverse experience has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set that includes design, project management, and client communication. I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve their design goals and deliver high-quality results.

As a co-founder of NastaRasta, a food delivery platform that aimed to provide customers with a seamless ordering experience from multiple restaurants, I gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship and leadership. While the startup didn't ultimately succeed, I learned important lessons about the importance of adaptability and perseverance in the face of challenges. This experience has fueled my drive to continue pursuing innovative ideas and solutions in the business world.
