I was one of four people to launch the agency Good People.This role expanded my experience, because I wore both the hat of Head of Strategy and was part of the senior management team that helped build and shape the agency. This included building a brief format, business development, giving talks and workshops, interviewing and hiring team members.Also since it was a hybrid role, I also wore the hat of Creative Director, where I expanded my skills to copywriting, conceptualization, working on director treatments, and being part of the production process. I continued my role to deliver creative work driven by intelligence, that it delivers on both business results and communications excellence; and this is reflected in the Two Platinums and Two Golds collected at the AME Global Awards, Four golds and Two silvers collected at EFFIES, and the 10 other awards won at Dubai Lynx, African Cristal, Mena Cristal, and Cristal Global awards; totaling to 19 awards in my four years of planning.
