- Receiving product requirements from VP & SVP of Product, stakeholders, and business team- Providing product's goals and timeline based on planned MVP- Facilitate team's scrum events for software products: mobile apps (android/ios), internal support webApp tools, and internal eKYC products.- Conducting sprint meeting (planning, daily standup, start and end sprints, sprint reviews, retrospective)- Breaking down tasks in tickets based on features and available resources- Managing software team's tasks completion- Reporting, monitoring, testing, checking, and deciding product's readiness for MVP release- Delivering and launch products- Working closely with VP & SVP of Product, stakeholders, business team, UI/UX Designer, Quality Assurance Analyst & Engineers, Software Engineers, as well as System Integration Project Managers for client related features.- Post Release monitoring with Customer Experience team in order to enhance customer satisfaction by solving the most complained issues in playstore & appstore so that application's rating will increase
