Additionally, I lead the travel bureau focused on Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages, ensuring that every aspect of these journeys is meticulously planned and executed, providing the highest levels of comfort and satisfaction for the pilgrims.In this capacity, I am also responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services, which includes selecting and managing suppliers and ensuring the quality of the products and services provided. I work to ensure that all company operations, from customer service to backend management, are conducted with maximum efficiency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.With deep experience in this sector, I am committed to driving innovation and the implementation of best practices in every service we offer.
