T.CARE Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to empowering communities and fostering sustainable development through a unique holistic ecosystem approach. Our programs are built on three foundational pillars:
1. EMPOWER: Our “Empowering Marginalized Populations with Opportunities for Work, Education, and Resilience.” (EMPOWER) program is uplifts underserved communities by providing opportunities in education, vocational training, and small business support, particularly for women and marginalized groups. EMPOWER fosters economic independence and resilience, aiming to create lasting, sustainable change within communities.
2. NATAKOTA: This pillar drives our environmental initiatives, involving community engagement to promote waste management, environmental conservation, and renewable energy solutions, creating a synergy that ensures a sustainable legacy.
3. HOPE: The Holistic Orphan Program Empowerment (HOPE) aims to uplift orphans and empower youth leaders to become the next generation of changemakers. We provide comprehensive support in education, emotional well-being, and social skills, helping them break through the cycle of social disadvantage.
As a professional partner, especially in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL), Community Development (COMDEV) and Creating Shared Value (CSV) based on ISO 26000 & SDGs, T.CARE also assists in the implementation of Social Brand, Social Investment, Social Mapping, Measuring CSR Impact (Social Return On Investment), and Sustainability Report (SR) based on GRI, POJK 51/2017, & Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation 5/2021.
Through these pillars, T.CARE Foundation strives to create a positive and lasting impact, building healthier, smarter, and more sustainable communities in Indonesia.
