As Database Analyst I established the data transaction which identified by Q-Integrated Communication that will impact the system performance and scalability. By the end, I was also involve in the reporting phase, creating the documents, and sharing recommendations.

KlikBCA Bisnis ( Internet Banking for Corporate) Team Support.- Description : The KlikBCA Bisnis Team Support is a team consist of several individuals who perform an effort to do the system implementation on the client side. The implementation is including consultation, end-user training, VPN-Client Installation, network troubleshooting, etc. - Designation : I Joined this project in capacity of Technical Consultant. As a Technical Consultant I did several tasks include preparing the network systems on the client side so that it will be ready to use the services, end-user training and also involved in requirement gathering in terms of system reability. While performing above mentioned roles I did interactions with the Finance team, HR team, and the IT team to achive the goals that expected. I found vary types of network topologies on each client side, as well as the firewall and proxy setting configurations. I also achieved good knowledge from the technologies which met.
